SOFTPraise Deluxe II does not automatically install when I put in my CD
There could be two reasons for this.
1. The most common is that the computer you are attempting to install or update to SOFTPraise Deluxe II has or had a previous version installed on it. If so SOFTPraise Deluxe automatically checks for any previous installations first and does not re-install automatically and allows you to make a decision if you wish to install our upgrade to a later version.
2. The settings on your computer CD drive are not set to AutoPlay.
In either case you can follow the directions below to install or upgrade your SOFTPraise Deluxe II software.
With your Windows Explore option go to your drive that contains the CD with the SOFTPraise Deluxe II software. You will find a program there named "Install.exe" double click on this file and follow / answer the SOFTPraise Deluxe II installation prompts as they appear.
The following screen shot is similar to what you will see when you Explore your CD drive, however your drive letter may be different.
